TMA Summer Institute

Lesson Plans

The lesson plans were created by teachers that attended the five-day Teacher Summer Institute. Using the Museum’s collections, research, library, and galleries as source material, the teachers were empowered to hack visual literacy strategies to create pre- and post- visit lesson plans to support student field trips. They cover disciplines as diverse as English Language Arts, Social Studies, Math, Science, Technology and Visual Arts.
